What The Boardroom is
The Boardroom is a private advisory environment for perspective, reflection, and clear thinking.
It is not a therapist, lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice.
Open beta and access
Open beta access may change while the product is being improved. The current free trial period is 7 days from entry, with daily usage limits to protect cost and quality.
We may pause, limit, or remove access if the service is misused, attacked, or used in a way that harms the product or other users.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions you make after using The Boardroom. The Board can clarify, pressure-test, reflect, and suggest next steps, but it cannot know everything about your life or guarantee outcomes.
For medical, legal, financial, therapy, safety, emergency, or crisis matters, contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency support.
Content and context
You should only upload or share context you have the right to use. Do not bring illegal material, secrets you are not allowed to share, or other people's sensitive information unless you have a lawful reason and consent where required.
The Boardroom may use the context you provide to generate responses, save sessions, support memory, operate usage limits, and improve the product in privacy-respecting ways.
Billing when enabled
When membership is enabled, prices, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and payment details are shown in Stripe checkout before you pay.
You can manage or cancel a paid membership through the Stripe billing portal linked from the Membership area inside The Boardroom.
Paid membership increases daily usage limits, but The Boardroom still keeps reasonable guardrails to protect service quality, privacy, and cost.
Changes
These terms may be updated as The Boardroom moves from open beta toward a paid product. Material changes should be reflected here before broader sharing.
