Private by default
Your room context exists to help the Board respond, not to create a public profile of you.
Privacy
The Boardroom is designed for calm, clear thinking. Privacy is part of that experience, not a settings afterthought.
Your room context exists to help the Board respond, not to create a public profile of you.
The Chair remembers selectively, and you can edit or delete what is remembered.
Email info@enterboardroom.ai for privacy, deletion, or marketing opt-out requests.
The Boardroom is built for private questions, pressure points, and decisions. Your questions, uploaded context, saved sessions, and Chair memory are treated as private room context.
We use that context to provide the Boardroom experience, save sessions when you are signed in, and help The Chair remember useful preferences you choose to keep.
We keep the name and email address needed to operate family access and support the account.
The Boardroom does not use family access details for product marketing.
The family version does not run product-marketing analytics, ad pixels, or session-recording analytics.
Minimal operational logs may remain with the service providers needed to keep the room available and secure.
The Chair owns memory. Board members do not have separate independent memories.
You can view, edit, or delete Chair memory inside the Private Room. The Boardroom should feel familiar over time, not all-seeing.
The Boardroom uses specialist service providers for functions such as authentication, secure storage, hosting, response generation, and email delivery.
Those providers process data only as needed to operate the product. A current service-provider list is available for legitimate privacy requests by emailing info@enterboardroom.ai.
You can delete saved sessions and Chair memory from the app. For account-level deletion or privacy questions, contact info@enterboardroom.ai.
If something feels unclear or too exposed, contact the family administrator rather than keeping it to yourself.
