Private by default
Your room context exists to help the Board respond, not to create a public profile of you.
Privacy
The Boardroom is designed for calm, clear thinking. Privacy is part of that experience, not a settings afterthought.
Your room context exists to help the Board respond, not to create a public profile of you.
The Chair remembers selectively, and you can edit or delete what is remembered.
Email info@enterboardroom.ai for privacy, deletion, or marketing opt-out requests.
The Boardroom is built for private questions, pressure points, and decisions. Your questions, uploaded context, saved sessions, and Chair memory are treated as private room context.
We use that context to provide the Boardroom experience, save sessions when you are signed in, and help The Chair remember useful preferences you choose to keep.
When you start a free trial, request access, or contact us, we may keep your name and email address so we can operate access, support your account, follow up as the founder, and send occasional product or launch updates.
You can ask to be removed from marketing follow-up by emailing info@enterboardroom.ai.
We use lightweight product analytics to understand usage patterns, broad question categories, session completion, follow-up use, upload use, and feedback quality.
When enabled, we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand page behavior such as clicks, scrolling, and friction points. Private room areas, including questions, answers, onboarding responses, memory, and follow-up inputs, are marked for masking.
If you try The Boardroom without entering an email, we may review that first trial question anonymously so we can understand what people are bringing to the room and improve the product. We do not attach your name, email, or user ID to that trial question.
Beyond that anonymous first trial question, we avoid storing sensitive raw room content in analytics events. Product-learning data should help improve the room without turning your private thinking into surveillance.
The Chair owns memory. Board members do not have separate independent memories.
You can view, edit, or delete Chair memory inside the Private Room. The Boardroom should feel familiar over time, not all-seeing.
The Boardroom currently uses services such as Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI or Gemini for AI responses, and Stripe for billing when billing is enabled.
Those services process data as needed to provide the product. We keep the model provider behind an abstraction so The Boardroom can change providers without changing the product promise.
You can delete saved sessions and Chair memory from the app. For account-level deletion or privacy questions, contact info@enterboardroom.ai.
The Boardroom is young. If something feels unclear or too exposed, we would rather know and fix it than hide behind legal language.
